Vedula Seshagiri Varaprasad did his graduation in Science, law and post graduation in Arbitration and acquired professional qualification in Accountancy and is practicing as Chartered Accountant since 1984. Before setting up the professional practice as chartered accountant he was employed in Eenadu group of companies and National Mineral Development Corporation at Hyderabad for a brief stint. He is instrumental in establishment of a branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also an examination centre at Rajamahendravaram (Rajahmundry) which is presently catering to more than 1000 students pursuing CA course.

Arvind Kumar Purohit is a Commerce graduate from Andhra University and is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Information System Auditor (DISA). He is pursuing his graduation in Law from Andhra University. He has successfully completed the post qualification Certification Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks in 2015. He was employed with CRISIL Ltd in its Equity division for just over a year and is in practice since 2011.
